Ruben Amorim is about to become the new coach of AC Milan. The 41-year-old coach, who previously worked with Braga, Sporting CP and Manchester United, has accepted the two-year contract with an option for a third year offered to him by the club. According to sources, Amorim will sign and join the Rossoneri this week, hoping to have a better season than last. Amorim will earn €3.5 million net per year, plus bonuses, which is significantly less than his salary at the Red Devils. In addition, the appointment of the technical director and sports director will also take place soon, with Markus Krosche from Eintracht Frankfurt being the favourite. Krosche can bring along Timmo Hardung, who is currently with the German club and finished eighth in the Bundesliga last season.
