Arsenal are considering a move for Greek striker Christos Tzolis
Arsenal is working on the possible acquisition of Club Brugge striker Christos Tzolis. Manager Mikel Arteta is behind the deal, which could be completed for around £35 million.
Arsenal have been offered the chance to acquire Club Brugge striker Christos Tzolis and are considering an accelerated move for the Greece international. Sources indicate that technical director Andrea Berta is actively working on the possible deal. Arsenal's scouting specialist Maurizio Micheli flew to Sweden last week to watch Tzolis, 24. Arsenal's interest is concrete, with coach Mikel Arteta said to be in favor of the signing. Tzolis could be available for around £35m. Crystal Palace tried to sign Tzolis last summer but failed in their attempt. Arsenal have made signing a new striker their top priority this summer and are also interested in Aston Villa striker Morgan Rogers. Tzolis, who started his career at PAOK, scored three goals in 30 appearances for Norwich between 2021-2024. He had a more productive spell in the second tier of German football with Fortuna Düsseldorf, scoring 22 goals in 30 league games before moving to Club Brugge. There he has scored 33 times in two seasons, while the Belgian club won their 20th league title last season.
