Francesco Camarda to Lecce, Milan retains buyback option

Italian side Lecce have confirmed that they have exercised their right of option to purchase Francesco Camarda, the 2008-born Milan striker. Lecce pays 3 million euros to the Rossoneri for this transfer. However, Milan retain the option to buy the player back for 4 million euros between June 18 and 20. The Milan club's plans are to add Camarda to the first-team squad after his buyback, where he will be assessed by new coach Ruben Amorim.


After the preparation, it is likely that Camarda will be temporarily loaned to a club in Serie A so that he can get more playing minutes and continue his development. The clubs currently most interested in a loan deal for the forward are Frosinone and Parma, as reported by Corriere dello Sport. The final decision on Camarda's destination will depend on the strategies and choices that Milan management makes in the transfer market in the coming weeks.
